We partner with the VA to run a daytime peer support Veterans Cafe, further engaging with our community and ensuring we are in tune with their needs. Our center serves as a welcoming hub where veterans can stop by anytime to grab coffee, water, soda, or snacks, watch TV, use a computer with internet access, or simply socialize. This open-door policy fosters a sense of community and provides a safe space for veterans to connect with one another and access our resources.
Evolving to Meet Needs
By actively soliciting and incorporating feedback from our target populations, we ensure that our programs and services continually evolve to meet their real and pressing needs. This approach enhances the relevance and effectiveness of our work and empowers veterans by making them integral partners in our mission.
